A rectangular room on the ground floor where, next to the hand-spun grinder, farmers lay out the daily forage for the stable animals.

In honour of the proud poppy’s red, which stands out in forage given to the animals, I used red as the dominant colour of this large apartment, the oldest part of the farm buildings and the coolest in summer due to its proximity to the washroom.

The wall stones of the Hay Barn are undoubtedly the oldest, most beautiful and most varied of all those on the farm.
